STEVE WEST AND THE LATITUDE
Steve West has been moving audiences since the early eighties. From the south east of Western Australia’s ultimate nineties pub rock band “Blind Mice”, to the popular dynamic duo “Batman and Robin”, Steve has been honing his skills as a guitarist, singer and producer. He has also been working in his capacity of sound engineer for countless live acts and operated a recording studio for many years.
Steve West and the Latitude is an eclectic blend of acoustic performance and noughties technology, and features the talent of vocalist Deena E also on lead and backing vocals and percussion.
This album was recorded in the lounge room in all it’s glory prior to a six month tour of Australia in 2008.
Cruise to these acoustic laid back versions of some popular Aussie songs and some originals to boot.
